Dragon's Egg Bath Bomb♡

I just recently tried this bath bomb from Lush! I've been wanting to try it for ages. (Does anyone else think of Game of Thrones when they hear about a dragon's egg?) No, there wasn't a dragon inside! Just a LOT of glitter! I've tried a few other bath bombs that had glitter but this one had ten times as much! I stepped out of the bath and still had a good amount of gold glitter on my body.

I thought the smell was fantastic and smelled like citrus! I love lush bath bombs because the next day I will still smell awesome and this one didn't let me down! I thought it was very fun, even though I'm not a huge fan of the color orange. If glitter doesn't bother you I definitely recommend! Maybe this would be better during the summer and make your skin sparkle a bit with a nice tan.

My skin felt super soft and rejuvenated and I just love soaking in a bath. Until next time you guys!

Space Girl Bath Bomb♡

I've just recently started trying out Lush. We have a shop here in Boise and I got to go with my friends to check it out. That included buying a few extra bath bombs and face masks! This is the third bath bomb I've tried from them and I'll definitely need more next time I go!

You can get this bath bomb at Lush or online here. Smells so amazing and I loved how soft it made my skin feel afterwards. (Which is of course one of the best things about these lush bath bombs) The featured ingredient is Grapefruit Oil and is perfect for a nice spa night! I loved the colors of the bath and ended up watching some Netflix on my ipad while I relaxed.

Hope you enjoyed this little post guys. Until next time!

Babby Farms♡

This past weekend we went to Babby Farms in Caldwell, Idaho. It's only about 45 minutes away from Boise and so worth the drive! I'm a sucker when it comes to animals. Especially getting to interact with them. They had everything from zebras to camels that you got to get real close to. They were all just gorgeous!

It was so fun to feed and pet them all. My definite favorite was the kangaroos and I couldn't get enough of them. They were so sweet and soft! I loved to watch them hop around on those big back feet. So if you're ever close to Caldwell, Idaho, you should definitely check this place out! It's cheap and a bag of feed for the animals is only $1.

Until next time guys!

Learning More About Photography♡

I just recently got one of my best friends to do a little modeling for me so I can play with my camera. I really don't like to say I'm a photographer at all. I just really like to take and edit pictures! I'm really thinking about focusing more time on it than ever before.

The only thing is that where we live in Idaho doesn't have too much scenery other than shrubs and dirt. You really have to drive at least an hour to get some good scenery, which sucks! Really wish I could take more pictures back in Texas where anywhere you decide to take pictures is always beautiful.

So. I dunno. I might not do any art work anymore but I find taking photos as a really nice creative outlet. I also get really inspired on pinterest when I see photographers work. Something I've always enjoyed? Yes. Now that I finally have a dslr, I feel like I can really start practicing. I've been loving manual mode! Also, if I take pictures of anymore models or things anytime soon it'll be on my Facebook Page I made. Give it a like if you want to see more!

Talk soon guys!

Yellowstone National Park Photo Diary♡

Had so much fun with my husband and dog traveling all over Yellowstone. I've always wanted to go and they aren't lying when they say Bisson are everywhere! It was so cool to see all the different wildlife but they geysers were my absolute favorite. I can also mark seeing Old Faithful off my bucketlist! Everything was simply amazing.

Seven Year Anniversary♡

You've taught me how to love. How to let things go. How to take chances. I'm a better person because of all you do. I love you to the end of time. Happy anniversary, Steven.

The Perfect Valentine's Bag♡

I just recently got a new bag! It's a Betsey Johnson Pink Quilted Satchel. I ordered it from Macy's online here! I've been looking for a new bag for a while now and I'm very picky when it comes to bags. Normally I give up and just get one because I need a new one so bad! But I can finally say I've found one that I reallyyy like.

I'm obsessed over the quilted heart pattern on the outside! Not to mention the rose gold color for the little details.

The inside is super roomy and a lot bigger than I thought it would be! I can easily fit everything I need and more. There's also a cute floral pattern on the inside!

You can always take the bow off if it's not your taste or add your own. I was going to add a different bow but I've come to really like it! Overall I'm obsessed. Can you tell? I'll have to buy more purses from her soon!

Until next time guys!!

Tamarack Resort♡

This past weekend we were lucky enough to go to Tamarack Resort. Our beautiful cabin was covered in snow and we had a ski area right down the road. Which for the record, I might not go skiing again considering how much of a fail I was at it! I think next time I'll go with the other girls to the spa.

McCall, Idaho has a yearly Winter Carnival and we got to go on their big opening day. It was full of visitors and ice sculptures and people sliding on and off the frozen lake. I even got to go inside an ice sculpture. (It was a big pirate ship that won first prize!)

I love to go exploring in Idaho. It makes me like it a lot more up here and makes me realize how blessed we are to get to go to things such as this. In the end, it's all about exploring and making memories with friends and loved ones. That's what we did this weekend. Wish I could go back!

My 2015 Book List♡

I've created a short list of all the books I am dying to read this year. I'm hoping to be able to sit down with a book more and take a break from social media, netflix, and games for a bit. Sometimes it's good not to be staring at a screen... well, if you don't count your Kindle.

1. We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

2. The Maze Runner by James Dashner

3. All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr

4. My Sister's Grave by Robert Dugoni

5. Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline

What's some of your books you plan on reading this year? Did any of mine make your list?
Have an awesome day! Until next time guys. :)

10 Favorite Things About Winter♡

One of my favorite things about winter time is the laid back, laziness of the season. Yes, I love Christmas too but there's much more to it. I'm able to get away with being closed up indoors a lot easier when it's freezing outside. So here are some of my favorite things about winter.

S l e e p i n g . You can ask my husband and he will tell you that I go to bed early just because I am that excited to go to sleep. I might miss out on late night things, but I'd rather be curled up in bed with my dog any day. Especially when our house is normally on the chillier side, I can stay in that warm bed all morning!

R e a d i n g . This is the time of year when I really get some reading done. Oh how I wish we had a fire place in our house! Although I might not get anything accomplished if we did!

E a t i n g . There's no doubt that some of the best food your family cooks is around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Eggnog also comes out along with Christmas popcorn in those huge buckets... oh and mini reeses. Lots of mini reeses.

B u n d l e d . Okay, now's the time I can totally get away with a big baggy sweatshirt. All of my cute clothes are winter. Adding a scarf and a hat easily makes your outfit more fashionable without trying too hard. Also, boots. Warm winter boots are a favorite!

M a k e u p . I really prefer darker makeup. Smokey eyes and a berry lip just screams that it's cold out. It's also a good reason to buy that dark lipstick even though you buy one every year. I've been loving a dark purple lip this season!

T e l e v i s i o n . Yes, now's the time to stay cuddled up on the couch and watch endless shows on Netflix and Hulu. Since it's gotten cold out, we've been watching Sons of Anarchy almost every evening. Can not get enough of that show!

S n o w . Obviously, but being as I'm from Texas we don't get to see it every year. Ever since I've moved up north, it's every year, multiple times! I don't like to venture out in it, but I prefer to look at it from inside my nice warm house while I drink a warm beverage.

D e c o r a t i o n s . Winter has the best decorations. We never decorate our towns as much as we deck them up for the holidays! Businesses and houses are covered in lights and I love to drive around at night and look at them all. We got our first lights for our house this year, can't wait to add more to our collection!

S h o p p i n g . Um, my wallet is already a lot thinner than I planned! I have a love/hate relationship for what this season influences me to purchase. They DO have a few good deals if you beat everyone to them, but I prefer to do a lot of online shopping. Staying in and shopping online when it's cold outside is so lovely!

T i m e . Is it just me or does the end of the year kinda slow down a bit? When it gets colder out, I feel as though time slows down a bit. The days are longer and I seem to be able to get a few more things accomplished.

There are my ten favorite things about the Winter! It's definitely my favorite time of the year. What's something you like about Winter? Until next time guys! xx
